Easy to use and great substitute for an iron So, I am a weekly ironer and I hate doing it because it takes so much time. I figured I would try the steam power iron to see if it would be a good substitute. Totally worth it. The iron is easy to use and figure out. I just hang my clothes on the hanger and take the wrinkles out with the iron. The best part is it takes me half the time than what I would use an iron. Plus it is more portable and is not heavy. A garment steamer and a flat iron in one I really like this product. It's a garment steamer and a flat iron in one device with two accessories that are easy to snap on and off. Two accessories are: Fabric bristle brush: Steam cleans the dust off of fabrics that cannot be washed such as sofas, curtains, and business suits. It did a great job of refreshing my chair cushions and getting rid of pet hair. (I have four dogs who shed like mad!) It also worked very nicely on removing creases from my husband's business pants without the hassle of ironing. Lint brush: Worked extremely well with my silk blouses. I turned them inside out before I steamed them and yes, some of the stubborn wrinkles took a while to come out. However, it quickly knocked the wrinkles out of my rayon skirts when I pulled them out of winter storage in time for the holidays. I like the flat iron and it was easy to switch between the steamer and iron. It was perfect in ironing the edges of my skirts after I steamed them. The only con is that it didn't come with a bag to keep all of the accessories together with the steamer when it's not in use. Hope it helps!
